More About Me

Why this page?

I got this domain some time ago to host my blog, but I figured it could be used for just a page to, sort of like a my information page. What follows will be a mix of selected pictures, with stories and sometimes a link to something.

Who am I?

I am Ole, a Norwegian living in Sweden for now, I'we been working in the it industry for twenty odd years, within the areas of service, support, operations, networking, project managment and it-security.

I'we got many interests, among them cycling and climbing, but I also run and do other training

Education

I am one of those with no formal education, I finnished high school sort of, but never did the required work practice and certification for it.

From work I have done training in IBM MQ, IBM AIX, Cisco networking, Checkpoint Firewalls, Reuters products and project managment

Work experience.

I'we been working with it in the financial sector since 2000, I started with helpdesk and support in Norway, and started working more with our systems and networks before moving to Stockholm.

Since moving to Stockholm I worked as a network engineer before moving to project managment, the last three years I have been a it-security architect.
